Please review the following company policies:
- Prices do not include HST
- Unless otherwise stated, image cropping is at the photographer's discretion
- Your proofs will be ready for viewing approximately 10 business days after your session. Your preview will be available online for seven days only; three days for Simple and Mini Sessions. After this time, your proofs can only be viewed in studio. Extensions or reposting can be purchased for $25/week, which will be applied to your order
- Destination work and traveling outside of the immediate GTA/Durham area available and may include an additional travel fee as discussed upon booking.
Payment:
- To reserve your session, 50% of the Session fee or Plan is due at the time of booking a session (non-refundable). Your session will only be reserved once this deposit is received. The payment remainder is due the day of the first session. Mini Session’s require 100% of the lowest package payable upon booking to reserve a session
- We require 24-hours for rescheduling/cancellations. Failure to provide 24-hours notification will result in loss of deposit towards future session. If your child is sick the day of the session, please call as soon as possible to notify and reschedule. Arriving late for your session may result in loss of photography time. Please plan your route accordingly
- Print discount (such as Lux Bebe and Luxe Belly and Baby Plans, mini sessions) applies to orders placed WITHIN 30 days of the proofs being made available only. Clients ordering within 30 days are extended the discount for orders within the plan duration or 30 days from when the proofs are made available. Re-orders are not subject to the plan discount. Failure to order/notify of delay forfeits the discount.
- 50% of the payment is required when placing an order, the balance due when the order comes in.
- For non-pick up orders and/or orders outside of the GTA, the customer assumes the shipping costs. For orders not picked up after 30 days, the items will be mailed to you and you will assume the shipping cost.
- Visa and Mastercard accepted.
Additional Information:
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The rate at which you book at is guaranteed for 30 days from when your proofs are made available. Orders placed after 30 days will be subject to the rate increase.
- A similar item may be substituted without notice.
- If no attempt has been made to place an order, your images will be deleted 60 days after the proofs are made available. If you have contacted the studio to order after 60 days, your images will be archived for one year and you may be charged retrieval fee upon ordering. Ordered imaged are archived for two years once orders. Orders placed after 30 days are not subject to a delivery timeframe. $350 minimum reorder enforced on initial orders of $500 or less. Orders over that amount are exempt from the reorder minimum.
- We are not responsible for customer errors. Please ensure you have double checked your order before submitting, including text and image numbers. Due to the personal nature of the services, there are no refunds or exchanges.
- Although care will be taken, Tara Sinclair Hingco Art & Design assumes no liability for loss or damage to originals.
- All originals and images are copyright and remain the sole property of Tara Sinclair Hingco Art & Design. We reserve the right to use any picture in any form. Copying images is illegal (whether purchased or not) and all offenders will be prosecuted accordingly.
- Due to differences in printing papers and chemicals, we can not guarantee consistency of colours between paper sizes and reprinting times.
